RESOLUTION NO. 75R- 156
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AMENDMENT TO AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AND DONALD J. FEARS, ARCHI-
TECT, EXTENDING THE SCOPE OF SAID AGREEMENT
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID AMENDMENT.
WHEREAS, on the 18th day of December, 1973, the City
and Donald J. Fears entered into an agreement for Donald J. Fears
to design a branch library on Euclid Street; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the parties to amend said
contract to provide that Donald J. Fears will design a second
branch library on the "Juarez" Park site; and
WHEREAS, an amendment to said agreement of December 18,
1973, has this day been submitted, the terms and conditions of
which are satisfactory to the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that an amendment to an agreement between the
City of Anaheim and Donald J. Fears, Architect, extending the
scope of said agreement to provide for a second branch library
at "Juarez" Park site be, and the same is hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
are hereby authorized to execute said amended agreement on behalf
of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 25th day of March, 1975.
