ESTABLISHED RATES OF COMP~qSATION FOR CLASSES
DESIGN~r,.u AS L~'l'~u PART-TIME
WHf~EAS, the Human Resources Director has reckintended in a staff
report dated September 17, 1990, that the classification of ~lult Worker I be
created effective September 14, 1990; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend 1~solution No.
90R-113 which established rates of compensation for classes designated as
Unrepresented Part-Time; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the city of Anaheim does find that
areerring Resolution No. 90R-113 as set forth hereinbelow is in the best
interest of the city of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVfD by the city Council of the city of
Anaheim that Resolution No. 90R-113 be, and the same is hereby, amended to
reflect the following:
That, effective September 14, 1990, the basic ccm~pensation plan for
all officers and employees of the city of Anaheim who are now employed or will
in the future be employed in the classification listed below ~hall be allocated
to the following salary schedule in the Salary Schedule Master:
CLASSIFICATION SALARY SCHEDULE ~1'~ RANGE
Adult Worker I A 0425 E - E
BE IT ~ RESOLVfD that the effective date of said amendment to
Resolution No. 90R-113 is September 14, 1990.
AND, BE IT ~ RESOLVED that except as amended herein, Resolution
No. 90R-113 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOI331~ON is approved and adopted by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim this 25~hday of September 1990.
