A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY FOR MUNICIPAL PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
is desirous of acquiring the hereinafter described real
property for municipal purposes; and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has entered
into a Purchase Agreement in connection therewith; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
finds that it is for the benefit and best interest of the
City of Anaheim to accept a Grant Deed called for in said
Purchase Agreement for said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that it accept and it does hereby
accept that certain Grant Deed from The Wittenberg Corpora-
tion to which reference has heretofore been made conveying
to the City of Anaheim that certain real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
more particularly described as follows, to wit:
Beginning at the southeast corner of Parcel 3 as
described in the deed to Wittenberg- National Company,
a limited partnership, recorded August 10, 1973 in
Book 10845, page 783, Official Records; thence North-
westerly 48.01 feet to the true point of beginning,
said point being the intersection of the easterly line
of said Parcel 3 and the northerly right of way line
of Santa Ana Canyon Road; thence Northwesterly along
said easterly line 282.28 feet to a point in a curve
concave westerly having a radius of 168.00 feet, a
radial line passing through said point having a bearing
of N 61 20' 12" E; thence Easterly and Southerly along
said curve through a central angle of 30 23' 14' an
arc distance of 89.10 feet; thence S 1 43' 26" W,
60.86 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave
easterly having a radius of 232.00 feet; thence Southerly
and Easterly along said curve through a central angle
of 31 20' 31" an arc distance of 126.91 feet to the
beginning of a reverse curve concave northwesterly
having a radius of 25.00 feet; thence Southerly and
Westerly along said curve through a central angle of
90 00' 00" an arc distance of 39.27 feet to the inter-
section with the northerly right of way line of Santa
Ana Canyon Road; thence N 60 22' 55" E, 110.30 feet
to the true point of beginning.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and
she is hereby authorized and directed to cause the foregoing
Grant Deed to be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder
of Orange County.
