A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT DEED CONVEY-
ING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PRO-
PERTY FOR MUNICIPAL PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, in connection with the construction of a road
to serve as access from Tract 7787, it has become necessary to
acquire an easement from James G. Wilder, Trustee, and Olson
Farms, Inc., Lessee; and
WHEREAS, James G. Wilder, Trustee, and Olson Farms,
Inc., Lessee, have heretofore executed an Easement Deed in favor
of the City of Anaheim granting the City an easement of certain
real property for road and public utility purposes; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
it is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim to acquire
said easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that it accept, and it does hereby accept
that certain Easement Deed from James G. Wilder, Trustee, and
Olson Farms, Inc., Lessee, to which reference has heretofore
been made conveying an easement to the City of Anaheim of that
certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County
of Orange, State of California, more particularly described
as follows, to wit:
An easement for road and public utility purposes
including slope easement over, under and across
a portion of land in the Yorba Allotment in the
Rancho Santiago de Santa Ana, described as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of Parcel 2 described
in deed to James G. Wilder, Trustee, recorded December
29, 1967 in Book 8480, page 508, Official Records of
Orange County; thence Northwesterly along the westerly
line of said parcel 145.20 feet to the true point of
beginning; thence N 1 43' 26" E, 72.66 feet to the
beginning of a tangent curve concave westerly having a
radius of 242.00 feet; thence Easterly and Northerly
along said curve through a central angle of 30 49' 59"
an arc distance of 130.23 feet; thence N 28 39' 48" W,
85.00 feet to the beginning of a curve concave southwesterly
having a radius of 85.00 feet; thence Northerly and Westerly
along said curve through a central angle of 79 50' 09" an
arc distance of 118.44 feet to the intersection with the
westerly line of the above mentioned Parcel 2; thence
Southeasterly along said westerly line 353.75 feet to the
true point of beginning.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she
is hereby authorized and directed to cause the foregoing Easement
Deed to be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of
Orange County.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
