A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE
GENERAL PLAN DESIGNATED AS GENERAL PLAN AMEND-
MENT NO. 138, EXHIBIT "C".
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim, pursuant to the recom-
mendations of the Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim,
adopted a General Plan for the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, on the 19th day of February, 1975, the City
Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did hold a public
hearing to consider a General Plan Amendment. The General Plan
Amendment does consider changing the land use designation from
a low to a low-medium density residential for an area generally
described as between Romneya Drive and La Palma Avenue and west
of State College Boulevard in accordance with exhibits presented
to the Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, at said public hearing the City Planning Com-
mission did duly adopt its Resolution No. PC75-33 containing a
report of its findings, a summary of the evidence presented at
said hearing, and a recommendation that said Amendment to the
General Plan designated as Amendment No. 138 be adopted by the
City Council, changing the land use designation for the afore-
described area in accordance with Exhibit "C"; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said Resolution, summary of
evidence, report of findings and recommendations of the City
Planning Commission, the City Council did fix the 25th day of
March, 1975, as the time, and the City Council Chamber in the
City Hall as the place for a public hearing on said proposed
Amendment No. 138 and did give notice thereof in the manner
and as provided by law; and
WHEREAS, the City Council did duly hold and conduct
such public hearing and did give all persons interested therein
an opportunity to be heard, and did receive evidence and reports
and did consider the recommendations of the City Planning Com-
mission; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find and determine that
Amendment No. 133, Exhibit "C" changing the land use designation
in the area described aforesaid, should be approved in accordance
with Exhibit "C" on file in the City Planning Commission as rec-
ommended by the Planning Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Amendment No. 138 to the General Plan
changing the land use density in the area generally bounded by
Romneya Drive and La Palma Avenue and west of State College
Boulevard in accordance with Exhibit "C" on file in the City
Planning Commission be, and the same is hereby, approved.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Development Services
Department be, and it is hereby, instructed to amend the General
Plan Map to conform to General Plan No. 138, Exhibit "C" herein
approved.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and gned by me
