RESOLUTION NO. 75R- 130
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE UTILITIES
AGREEMENT NO. 7Ut -5029 WITH THE. STATE OF
CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, in connection with modification of an existing
water meter vault at 2337 Manchester Avenue and appurtenances to
accommodate realignment of Manchester Avenue in connection with a
construction project on the Santa Ana Freeway, Road 07- Ora 5/250
34.8/36.3, 0.5, between Chapman Avenue and Orangewood Avenue at
Walnut Street,: the Department of Transportation of the State of
California has submitted Utilities Agreement No. 7Ut -5029; and
WHEREAS, said Agreement has been reviewed by all City
departments involved and has been found to be .satisfactory in all
respects; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the best
of the City of Anaheim to enter into said Utilities
with the State of California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
of Anaheim that the Mayor and the City Clerk be, and
hereby, authorized and directed to execute on behalf of
of Anaheim, Utilities Agreement No. 7Ut -5029, with the
California.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 18th day of March 1975.
