1975-125WHEREAS, the parties hereto have entered into an Agree-
ment dated the 3rd day of September, 1974, whereby Robert Killion,
an individual, furnishes certain services to the City of Anaheim;
and
WHEREAS, said Agreement, pursuant to its terms thereof,
was to terminate on December 31, 1974; and
WHEREAS, the parties hereto have extended the term to
and including March 1, 1975; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the parties to further ex-
tend the term for a period of sixty (60) days to expire on April 30,
1975; and
WHEREAS, an amendment to said Agreement of September 3,
1974, has this date been submitted, the terms and conditions of
which are hereby satisfactory to the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that an amendment to an Agreement between the
City of Anaheim and Robert Killion extending the term to April 30,
1975, and the total compensation to and including the sum of Two
Thousand Six Hundred Forty Dollars ($2,640.00) be, and the same is
hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are
hereby authorized to execute said amended Agreement on behalf of
the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 11th day of March 1975.
