A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM GRANTING A HOUSEMOVING PERMIT TO
JOHN KRAJACIC TO MOVE A DWELLING HOUSE FROM
11611 WESTMINSTER BOULEVARD, GARDEN GROVE,TO
1900 WEST CERRITOS AVENUE, ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, John Krajacic, having filed a written appli-
cation for a housemoving permit to move a dwelling house with
attached garage from 11611 Westminster Boulevard, Garden Grove,
to 1900 West Cerritos Avenue, Anaheim, California; and
WHEREAS, said application having been set for public
hearing on the llth day of March, 1975, at the hour of 1:30
o'clock P.M., and notice of the time and place fixed for said
public hearing having been given by mail to all persons resid-
ing within a radius of three hundred feet from the property
upon which it is proposed to move said house, at least ten days
prior to the date fixed for said hearing, as the names of such
owners appeared upon the last available tax assessment roll;
and
WHEREAS, said matter having come on regularly for
hearing upon said date and said hearing having been duly held
and conducted and all persons interested therein given an oppor-
tunity to be heard, and the City Council having duly considered
said application for a housemoving permit, together, with all
evidence and reports submitted in connection therewith, does
find that said permit should be granted, subject to the follow-
ing condition:
That the owner of subject property shall pay to the
City of Anaheim the appropriate park and recreation
in -lieu fees as determined to be appropriate by the
City Council, said fees to be paid at the time the
building permit is issued.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the application of John Krajacic for
a housemoving permit to move a dwelling house from 11611 West-
minster Boulevard, Garden Grove,to 1900 West Cerritos Avenue,
Anaheim, California, be and the same is hereby granted subject
to the condition hereinbefore set forth, and subject further
to compliance with all of the provisions of Title 15, Chapter
15.32 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to the moving of
buildings from a point outside the City of Anaheim onto a lot
within the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this llth day of March, 1975.
