A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 74R -519 BY
ADDING RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR CERTAIN JOB
CLASSES RECENTLY INCLUDED IN THE GENERAL CITY
EMPLOYEES UNIT AND REPRESENTED BY THE ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION, AND RESCINDING
RESOLUTION NO. 74R -90.
WHEREAS, a representation election held in October of 1974
determined that certain full -time job classes at Anaheim Stadium and
Anaheim Convention Center would, from that time forward, be represented
by the Anaheim Municipal Employees Association, and
WHEREAS, the Personnel Director has met and conferred with
officials and employee representatives of the Anaheim Municipal
Employees Association to discuss wages, and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend
Resolution No. 74R -519 which established rates of compensation for job
classes in the General City Employees Unit, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that
establishing new rates of compensation for these classifications is in the
best interests of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim that the following rates of compensation be added to the basic
compensation plan established in Resolution No. 74R -519

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Resolution No. 74R -90, pertaining
to full time classifications represented by the Service and Hospital
Employees' Union Local 399 be and the same is hereby rescinded, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent amended,
Resolution No. 74R -519 shall remain in full force and effect, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of this
Resolution shall be February 21, 1975.
