1975-104A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
ESTABLISHING NEW RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR PART -TIME JOB
CLASSES, AND SUPERSEDING RESOLUTION NO. 74R -95 AND
AMENDMENTS THERETO.
WHEREAS, the Personnel Director has recommended in a staff report
dated February 25, 1975 that rates of compensation for part -time job classes
be reallocated, and
WHEREAS, the need exists to amend Resolution No. 74R -95 which estab-
lished rates of compensation for part -time job classes, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that
establishing new rates of compensation for these job classifications is in
the best interests of the City of Anaheim,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim as follows:
SECTION 1
RESOLUTION NO. 75R- 104
That the basic compensation plan for all officers and employees of
the City of Anaheim who are now employed, or will in the future be employed
in any of the classifications listed below, shall be allocated to salary
schedules as follows:

SECTION 2
The letters "P /T" preceding a schedule number indicate that employees
working in that job class are part -time and are not covered by overtime or
upgrade provisions.
SECTION 3
The regular hourly rate of pay and overtime compensation for employees
working in job classes listed in Section 1 of this Resolution shall be com-
puted as provided in Personnel Rule 5, Hours of Work and Pay Day, and Per-
sonnel Rule 6, Premium Pay.
SECTION 4
The provisions of this Resolution shall supersede Resolution No.
74R -95 and amendments thereto.
SECTION 5
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the the effective date of this
resolution shall be the 21st day of February, 1975.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me this
4th day of March 1975.
