1975-090WHEREAS, the State of California has submitted
to the City, Utilities Agreement No. 7Ut -4964 in connection
with relocation work necessitated by construction on the
Santa Ana Freeway Widening, Road 07 -Ora -5 40.4/40.9 at
Brookhurst, upon the terms and conditions therein set forth;
and
WHEREAS, said agreement has been reviewed by all
City departments involved and has been found to be
satisfactory in all respects; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the
best interests of the City of Anaheim to enter into said
Utilities Agreement No. 7Ut -4964 with the State of California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the Mayor and the City Clerk be,
and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute said
agreement for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 18th day of February 1975.
