A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE
EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT EMPLOYING LA BELLE
CONSULTANTS TO PERFORM A STRUCTURAL AND
PHYSICAL CONDITION EVALUATION OF VARIOUS CITY
STREETS.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is in need of a
structural and physical condition evaluation of various City
Streets; and
WHEREAS, La Belle Consultants are civil engineers
and are qualified to perform the structural and physical
condition evaluation; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has this day been submitted
to the City Council to be made and entered into between the
parties, authorizing the employment of La Belle Consultants
to perform said structural and physical condition evaluation
on the terms and conditions set forth therein; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the terns and
conditions of said agreement are satisfactory.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the agreement this date submitted
to the City Council by La Belle Consultants to perform
structural and physical condition evaluation upon the terms
and conditions therein set forth be, and the same is hereby,
approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City
Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized to execute said
agreement for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 18th day of February 1975.
