RESOLUTION NO. 75R- 88
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND THE CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT FOR THE EMPLOY-
MENT OF CHARLES SCHULTE, AN INDIVIDUAL.
WHEREAS, the City desires to secure the services
of a Production Coordinator having as his primary duty the
audition, rehearsal, performances, and coordination of a
touring improvisational theatre company; and
WHEREAS, Charles Schulte, an individual, is
qualified to perform the services of Production Coordinator.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the Mayor and the City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute the
agreement for the temporary employment of Charles Schulte
as Production Coordinator according to the terms and
conditions of that certain agreement submitted herewith and
hereby approved dated the 20th day of January, 1975.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
18th day of February 1975.
