1975-078WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is in need of a geologic and
soil survey of the Euclid Branch Library Site; and
WHEREAS, Converse, Davis and Associates are civil engineers
and are qualified to perform the geologic and soil survey; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has this day been submitted to the
City Council to be made and entered into between the parties author-
izing the employment of Converse, Davis and Associates to perform
said geologic and soil survey on the terms and conditions set forth
in an amount not to exceed $1,300.00 be, and the same is hereby,
approved; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the terms and condi-
tions of said agreement are satisfactory and that said agreement
should be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the agreement this date submitted to the City
Council to be made and entered into by and between the City of
Anaheim and Converse, Davis and Associates to perform said geologic
and soil survey of the Euclid Branch Library site upon the terms and
conditions therein set forth for a fee of not to exceed $1,300.00
be, and the same is hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized to execute said agreement for
and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 11th day of February 1975.
