1975-077WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim and People's Center,
Inc., entered into an Agreement to provide specialized
occupational development services for disadvantaged
unemployed ex- offenders and veterans with other than honor-
able discharge through the establishment of an Adult
Occupational Development Program; and
WHEREAS, it is the mutual desire of the parties
to amend said Agreement by providing for an advance payment
to the People's Center, Inc.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of an Amendment to Agreement between the City of
Anaheim and the People's Center, Inc., dated February 4,
1975, providing for an advance payment to the People's Center,
Inc., be, and the same is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the
City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute said Amendment to
Agreement for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
