1975-075A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT ESTABLISHING AN AGRICULTURAL
PRESERVE IN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ON THE EAST
SIDE OF HARBOR BOULEVARD, SOUTH OF KATELLA
AVENUE.
WHEREAS, the City Council has, pursuant to
Resolution No. 75R -74 approved the establishment of an
agricultural preserve on the property described in said
agreement on the east side of Harbor Boulevard, south of
Katella Avenue; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been submitted, the terms
and conditions thereof are satisfactory to the City; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City of
Anaheim to enter into said agreement to establish an
agricultural preserve.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that that certain agreement this day
submitted be, and the same is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby authorized to execute said agreement
for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby
directed to forward a copy of this resolution, and the
Resolution and Agreement establishing the agricultural preserve,
to the County Recorder of Orange County and to the Director of
Agriculture of the State of California.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 11th day of February 1975.
