A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ORDERING THE VACATION AND
ABANDONMENT OF THAT PORTION OF CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY DESCRIBED HEREIN.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did,
on the 21st day of January, 1975, declare by Resolution No.
75R -38 its intention to vacate and abandon a portion of an
existing public utility easement located west of the Santa Ana
Freeway, south of Ball Road, in the City of Anaheim, more fully
hereinafter described, subject to the following conditions:
1. The applicant will relocate that portion of the water
line which would encroach under the proposed building
at no cost to the City of Anaheim.
2. The relocation of said water line will be accomplished
to the satisfaction and approval of the City of Anaheim
Water Division, and dedicate easement to accommodate
new location of water line.
and did set the llth day of February, 1975, for a public hearing
thereon; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds from the evidence sub-
mitted at said public hearing that that portion of real property
described herein and in said Resolution of Intention is unneces-
sary for present or prospective public utility purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim:
1. That it finds that said public hearing was properly
held and that all notices were given and publications
made as required by law.
2. That that portion of the real property toward which a
request for vacation and abandonment was directed is
not necessary for present or prospective public utility
purposes and does hereby order that said portion,
as herein set forth, be, and it is hereby, vacated,
abandoned and closed to public use, subject to the
conditions hereinabove set forth.
3. That said portion of real property herein ordered vaca-
ted, abandoned and closed to public use is situated in
the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of Calif-
ornia, and is more particularly described as follows,
to wit:
That portion of an existing public utility easement
15 feet wide to be encroached upon, located in the
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
described as follows:
That certain 15 -foot wide public utility easement des-
cribed as a reservation in Resolution No. 63R -390 re-
corded July 7, 1964, in Book 7123, pages 189 through
193, Official Records of said Orange County, to be en-
croached upon, said area of encroachment is more par-
ticularly shown on the map attached hereto and made a
part hereof.

AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be,
and she is hereby, authorized and directed to cause a certified
copy of this Resolution and Order, attested by her under the
seal of the City of Anaheim, to be recorded in the Office of
the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this llth day of February, 1975.
