A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
NO. 234.
WHEREAS, the City Council, on the 17th day of
July, 1962, granted Conditonal Use Permit No. 234; and
WHEREAS, the property, subject to said Conditional
Use Permit, has never been developed; and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have requested
the termination of Conditional Use Permit No. 234; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find and determine
that the need for said Conditional Use Permit no longer exists
and that said Conditional Use Permit No. 234 should be
terminated.
NOW, THEREFORE, 'BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Conditional Use Permit No. 234
be, and the same is hereby, terminated.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and sign by
me this 4th day of February, 1975.
