1975-068WHEREAS, the City desires to secure the services of a
Community Orchestra Director to direct the City of Anaheim's
volunteer orchestra; and
WHEREAS, John Sawyer, an individual, is qualified to
perform the services of Community Orchestra Director.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the Mayor and the City Clerk be, and
they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute the agree-
ment for the temporary employment of John Sawyer as Community
Orchestra Director according to the terms and conditions of that
certain agreement submitted herewith and hereby approved dated
the 6th day of January, 1975.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 4th day of February 1975.
