1975-061WHEREAS, it the policy of the City Council of the
City of Anaheim establish fees by resolution; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council to
establish permit fees in the amount of Fifty Dollars ($50.00)
for the construction or erecting of temporary for sale or
for lease and future establishment signs; and
WHEREAS, it is the policy of the City Council to
require a cash deposit of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) for
each such sign to guarantee the removal of each in accordance
with City ordinance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that:
(a) Permit fees: Fifty Dollars ($50.00) permit fee for
the construction or erection of temporary for sale
or for lease signs and future establishment signs.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 4th day of February 1975.
