A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF
AN AGREEMENT ADDING THE CITY OF FULLERTON TO
THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITIES OF ANAHEIM,
GARDEN GROVE, HUNTINGTON BEACH, SANTA ANA AND
THE NATIONAL CENTER FOR MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT,
INCORPORATED, DATED FEBRUARY 1, 1975.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim, pursuant to Resolution
No. 75R -29, has approved the City of Fullerton to join the joint
powers agreement between the above named cities to share the
expense of a Washington representative for said cities; and
WHEREAS, the above -said cities and the National Center
for Municipal Development, Incorporated, have entered into an
agreement to provide the Washington representative; and
WHEREAS, an agreement dated the 1st day of February,
1975, between the five above- mentioned cities and the National
Center for Municipal Development, Incorporated, has this day
been submitted to the City Council of the City of Anaheim, the
terms and conditions of which are satisfactory.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of the agree-
ment between the above mentioned cities and the National Center
for Municipal Development, Incorporated, and adding the City of
Fullerton to the above- mentioned agreement, be, and the same are
hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
are authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of the City
of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 28th of January 1975.
