1975-046WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim, on April 10, 1973,
pursuant to Resolution No. 73R -137, adopted City guide-
lines to establish the requirements for the contents of
Environmental Impact Reports; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 74R -148 the City
Council amended said guidelines to conform to amendments
adopted by the Resources Agency of the State of California;
and
WHEREAS, the Resources Agency of the State of
California has prepared new amended guidelines which require
the City to amend its guidelines as previously adopted; and
WHEREAS, the Development Services Department has
prepared such amended guidelines and they have been approved
by the City Attorney's Office and all departments affected
thereby.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City of.
Anaheim that the amended guidelines for Environmental Impact
Reports this day submitted and on file in the office of the
City Clerk be, and the same are hereby approved.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
