A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH BAYLY, MARTIN FAY, INC.,
FOR SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH A REVIEW OF
INSURANCE PROGRAMS AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim desires to provide
for the review of its insurance programs; and
WHEREAS, the services to be rendered are of a type
and complexity requiring services of a professional and
technical character and are of a temporary nature; and
WHEREAS, Bayly, Martin Fay, Inc., is a firm
employing licensed Insurance Brokers who have experience and
knowledge in reviewing and evaluating the City of Anaheim's
insurance programs; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared, the terms
and conditions of which are satisfactory to the City of
Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of an
agreement employing Bayly, Martin Fay, Inc., to perform
professional services in connection with the review and
evaluation of the City of Anaheim's insurance programs be,
and the same are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said
agreement for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 28th day of January 1975.
