RESOLUTION NO. 75R- 44
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH RECREATION
LAND PLANNERS, INC., BY EXTENDING THE TERM
THEREOF.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim and Recreation Land
Planners, Inc., entered into an agreement for a Bicycle
and Pedestrian Traffic Study pursuant to Resolution
No. 74R -533; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said agreement, the agreement
shall expire on the 5th day of February, 1975; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the parties to amend
said agreement by extending the term thereof thirty (30)
days.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of an Amendment to Agreement between Recreation
Land Planners, Inc., dated November 5, 1974, extending the
term thereof for a period of thirty (30) days be, and the
same is hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk are hereby authorized to execute said Amendment to
Agreement for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 28th day of January 1975.
