A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING
THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AND THE NORTH ORANGE
COUNTY REGIONAL OCCUPATIONAL PROGRAM
RELATING TO PRESCHOOL ASSISTANT TRAINING.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim desires to provide Preschool
Assistant Training for its residents through the establishment of a
Preschool Assistant Training Program; and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim requires the services of an
agency with special knowledge and experience in the operation of
Preschool Assistant Training Programs; and
WHEREAS, the North Orange County Regional Occupational
Program has demonstrated expertise in the training techniques
appropriate for the operation of Preschool Assistant Training
Programs and is willing to furnish such specialized personnel,
material and equipment as is required to provide said Preschool
Assistant Training; and
WHEREAS, the North Orange County Regional Occupational
Program has submitted to the City, a form of Agreement providing
for the furnishing of specialized personnel, material and equip-
ment to operate a Preschool Assistant Training Program; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it would be for the
benefit and in the best interests of the City to approve the pro
posed Agreement between the City of Anaheim and the North Orange
County Regional Occupational Program, and that the same should be
approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that said Agreement this day submitted, to the
City Council to be made and entered into between the City of
Anaheim and the North Orange County Regional Occupational Program
providing for the furnishing of specialized personnel, material
and equipment required to operate a Preschool Assistant Training
Program upon the terms and conditions and for the compensation set
forth in said Agreement, be, and the same is hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized to execute said Agreement for and
on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 28th day of January 1975.
