1975-042WHEREAS, the City Manager and the Personnel Director have
reviewed rates of compensation for the job class Police Lieutenant
and have determined a need for establishing new rates of compensation
for this job class, and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend
Resolution No. 74R -521, which established rates of compensation for
various job classes, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find
that establishing new rates of compensation for the job class Police
Lieutenant is in the best interests of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Anaheim does hereby amend Resolution No. 74R -521 by establishing
new rates of compensation for the job class Police Lieutenant as follows:

No. 74R -521, shall remain in full force and effect, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of this
