A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DETERMINING THAT ADEQUATE PUBLIC ACCESS
TO CERTAIN PROPERTY EXISTS AND ACCEPTING DEDI-
CATION OF AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD PURPOSES ACROSS
THE WESTERLY PORTION OF SAID PROPERTY.
WHEREAS, the owners of certain property, described as:
The South half of Lot 1 in Block 6 of the Golden State
Tract, as shown on a map thereof recorded in book 4,
pages 66 and 67, Miscellaneous Maps, records of said
Orange County;
EXCEPT that portion of said land, as granted to the
Orange County Flood Control District, by deed recorded
September 12, 1960, in book 5411, page 287, Official
Records, in the office of the County Recorder of said
Orange County,
did, as a condition of the granting of Conditional Use Permit No.
630, conditionally dedicate an easement for public road purposes
across the westerly portion of said property; and
WHEREAS, said condition provides that said easement is
to be accepted when the City of Anaheim determines that adequate
public access to said property exists; and
WHEREAS, an easement for road and public utility pur-
poses has been granted to and accepted by the City of Anaheim
over property to the south of the above- described property; and
WHEREAS, said easement extends from La Jolla Street, a
public street, to the southerly terminus of the easement across
the above described property; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does
hereby determine that adequate public access to said property now
exists and that it is possible to develop adequate public access
to the above described property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Anaheim does hereby accept the offer of dedication of
an easement for street purposes as set forth in an irrevocable of-
fer of dedication dated January 15, 1965, and recorded in Book 7387
at Page 726 of the Official Records of Orange County, California.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and is
hereby, directed to advise the owners of the above described prop-
erty of the acceptance of said easement and the owner's obligation
to complete the improvement thereof in accordance with the terms
of said irrevocable offer of dedication.
