A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE ADDITION OF THE CITY
OF FULLERTON TO THAT CERTAIN JOINT POWERS
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM, THE
CITY OF GARDEN GROVE, THE CITY OF HUN`INGTON
BEACH AND THE CITY OF SANTA ANA PERTAINING TO
THE JOINT EMPLOYMENT OF A LEGISLATIVE
REPRESENTATIVE.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 73R -486 the
City of Anaheim approved the terms and conditions of a joint
powers agreement between the aforementioned cities, employing

WHEREAS, the City of Fullerton has expressed a
desire to join said joint powers agreement; and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim feels that it is in the
best interest of the City of Anaheim to permit the City of
Fullerton to join the said joint powers agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the City of Anaheim does hereby
grant its consent to the City of Fullerton joining the joint
powers program pertaining to the joint employment of a
legislative representative.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and
she is hereby directed to forward a copy of this consent and
an amendment to agreement to the City of Fullerton for
execution and a copy of this resolution to the cities of Garden
Grove, Huntington Beach and Santa Ana.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 21st day of January 1975.
