A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AREA DEVELOPMENT
PLAN NO. 116 EXHIBIT 1 T4" WITH CONNECTING
LOOP STREETS AND APPROVING STREET SECTIONS
AND RESCINDING AREA DEVELOPMENT PLAN NO. 107.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim
did hold a public hearing to consider Area Development Plan No.
116 with exhibits encompassing an area more particularly herein-
after described and, at said hearing, did receive evidence and
reports from persons interested therein and from its staff; and
WHEREAS, within a period of forty (40) days following
the hearing thereof, the City Planning Commission did duly adont
Resolution No. PC75-4, its findings and facts, and did declare
its opinion and reasons for recommending approval of Area Develop-
ment Plan No. 116 Exhibit "1" and further adopting Street Sections
"A-A", "B-B" and "C-C"; and
WHEREAS, on January 21, 1975, the City Council did hold
a public hearing on Area Development Plan No. 116 and, after riv-
ing all persons interested therein an opportunity to be heard and
having received evidence at said public hearing and having re-
ceived reports, both written and oral, and considering the summary
of evidence presented at the public hearing before the Planning
Commission, its renorts and findings and recommendation; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find and determine that
Area Development Plan No. 116 Exhibit "4" should be approved along
with the adoption of certain street sections.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City-Council of
the City of Anaheim that Area Development Plan No. 116 Exhibit "L"
with a connecting loop street arrangement for Gilrnar and Gilbuck
Streets; any other public or private streets proposed on the re-
mainder of the property would not connect with said loop street;
and further adopting Street Sections "A-A", "B-B", 'C-C" be, and
the same is hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Area Development Plan No.
107 be, and the same is hereby, rescinded and this Resolution
shall take its place and stead.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 21st day of January, 1975.
