RESOLUTION NO. 75R- 10
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AGREEING TO THE MODIFICATION OF
THE TERMS OF A CONTRACT AND AUTHORIZING EXE-
CUTION THEREOF.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did,
by agreement approved by Resolution No. 71R -470, agree to relo-
cate certain electrical facilities to clear the then proposed
Route 57 freeway construction; and
WHEREAS, the relocation actually undertaken by the
City of Anaheim exceeded the scope of the relocation anticipa-
ted in the original agreement; and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim will receive additional
reimbursement for its relocation work; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City of
Anaheim to approve the modification of said agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
of the City of Anaheim does hereby agree to the terms of said
agreement.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, directed to execute said agreement on
behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 7th day of Tamt 1974.
