1975-009RESOLUTION NO. 75R -9
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH RECLASSIFICATION NO. 62- 63 -40.
WHEREAS, heretofore, to wit on the 18th day of
December, 1962, the City Council did adopt Resolution No.
62R -1096 in Reclassification No. 62 -63 -40 finding and
determining that Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code
relating to zoning should be amended, and that the
boundaries of certain zones should be changed from R -A
Residential Agricultural Zone and incorporated in R -1
One Family Residential Zone, subject to certain conditions
set forth in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find and determine
that the conditions set forth in said Resolution have not
been complied with and applicant for said Reclassification
has requested said Reclassification to be terminated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that all proceedings in connection
with Reclassification No. 62 -63 -40 for a zone change be,
and the same are hereby, terminated, and that Resolution
No. 62R -1096 be declared null and void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed
by me this 7th day of January, 1975.
