A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 89R-364 WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES
OF COMPENSATION FOR CLASSIFICATIONS DESIGNATED AS
MIDDLE MANAGEMENT
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended
in a staff report dated September 4, 1990, that the
classification of Parking Manager be created; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the City Council desires
to amend Resolution No. 89R-364, which established rates of
compensation for classifications designated as Middle
Management; and
WHEREAS, the Cfty Council of the City of Anaheim does
find that amending Resolution No. 89R-364 as set forth herein
below is in the best interests of the City of Anaheim.
NON, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
the City of Anaheim as follows:
That, Section 2 of Resolution No. 89-364 be amended by
adding the following classification:
Parking Manager X CR10
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of said
amendment to Resolution 89R-364 is August 31, 1990.
AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except as amended
herein Resolution No. 89R-364 shall remain in full force and
effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
