A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OE THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CONSENTING TO THE USE
OF PORTIONS OF BEACH BOULEVARD (STATE
HIGHWAY ROUTE 39) FOR THE FREEDOM RUN
ON SEPTEMBER 23, 1990
WHEREAS, Anaheim General Hospital proposes to conduct a
Freedom Run; and
WHEREAS, the Freedom Run will temporarily impede and
restrict the free passage of traffic over State Highway Route 39
on September 23, 1990 between Orange Avenue and Ball Road between
the hours of ?:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
NOW THEREFORE be it resolved by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the City of Anaheim recommends approval of
and consents to the proposed temporary restriction of State
Highway Route 39 for the Freedom Run on September 23, 1990 at the
location set forth above and upon terms and conditions deemed
appropriate and necessary by the State of California, Department
of Transportation.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 18th day of September, 1990.
