A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AND CERTIFYING ENVIRON-
MENTAL INIPACT REPORT NO. 170 FOR THE SECOND
YEAR COMMITY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM AND A HOUS-
ING ASSISTANCE PLAN PbJRSUANT TO THE HOUSING
AND M24UNTITY DEVELOPMENT ACT OF 1974.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim ha
heretofore received evidence regarding the Environmental Impa
Report on the Application for a Grant under Title 1 of the
Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, which includes
long term Community Development Goals, a one-year Community D
velopment Program and a Housing Assistance Plan; and I
'WHEREAS,, the City Council has reviewed and considered
the information contained in the Staff Report accompanying said
Environmental Impact Report No. 170, as well as comments re-
ceived relating thereto; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is satisfied that said
Environmental Impact Report No. 170 has been completed in co
pliance with the provisions of the California Environmental
Quality Act and State Guidelines promulgated pursuant theret]
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that as a result of review and consideratio
of the information contained in the Staff Report accompanying
Environmental Impact Report No. 170, as well as,comments receive
relating -thereto, the City Council certifies that EIR No. 170
,has been completed in compliance with the provisions of the
California Environmental Quality Act and State Guide Lines pro -

mulgated pursuant thereto, and that has this day reviewed

and considered the contents therein.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
