A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE A THIRD AMENDMENT TO A
CONTRACT RELATING TO THE DESIGN OF PHASE IV
OF THE UTILITIES SERVICE CENTER BETWEEN
DONALD J. FEARS, ARCHITECT, AND THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS., heretofore, on the 20th day of March,
1973, the City of Anaheim entered into a contract with
Donald J. Fears, Architect, to design Phase IV of the
Utilities Service Center for the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the Darties to said contract amended
the contract on the 12th day of March, 1974 and on the 11th
day of February, 1975, to provide for increased services to
be rendered by the Architect, and increased compensation
therefor; and
WHEREAS" the parties to said contract desire to
further amend the contract to provide for increased
services.to be rendered by Architect, and increased compen-
sation therefor; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the terms
of the amendment to said contract, and find itis in the
best interest of the City to execute said amendment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the Mayor and the City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized to execute an amendment to
that certain agreement between the City of Anaheim and
Donald J. Fears., Architect, relating to the design of Phase
IV of the Utilities Service Center.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
