A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM -APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF ANT AGEDEA WITH THE CITIZENS RECREATION
ASSOCIATION, INC. AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO EXEKUTE SAID AGREEMENT FOR
AND ON BEHALF OF THE CITY.
WHEREAS, the Citizens Recreation Association, Inc.
a Committee of the Anaheim Host Lions Club, has conducted
square and round dances at Martin Recreation Center; and I
!,,7HEREAS, the City desires to assure the Citizens
Recreation Association 2 Inc.-of.its desire to continue to
permit such activities at the Martin Recreation Center; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been submitted -relative
to the use of the -,Mar -tin Recreation Center by the Citizens
Recreation Association, Inc. and the terms and conditions
thereof are 4atisfactoryto the City,
NOW, THEREFORE BEIT RESOLVED,by-the City Council
of the City of Anaheim tLt the agreement this day submitted
relative to the use of the Martin Recreation Center by the
Citizens Recreation Association, Inc. be, and the same is
herebyapproved
BE IT FURTHER RESOUVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to
execute said agreement on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
