A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE Y_1kYOR AND THE
CITY CLERK TO E)MCUTE AN AGREEMENT FOR THE
EMPLOYMENT OF CHARLES SCHULTE, AN INDIVIDUAL.
WHEREAS, the City desires to secure the services of a
Producer having as his primary duty the production of "76 x 76,"
a theatrical production; and
WHEREAS, Charles Schulte, an individual, is qualified
to perform the services of Producer.
NOW,. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the Mayor and the City Clerk be, and
they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute the agree-
ment for the temporary employment of Charles Schulte as Producer
according to the terms and conditions of thatcertain agreement
submitted herewith and hereby approved dated the llth day of
March, 1976.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 6th day of April, 1976.
