1976-164RESOLUTION NO. 76R-164 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE HOUSING ASSISTANCE PLAN. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did, by Resolution No. 75R-117, adopt a Housing Assistance Plan (HAP), which HAP was set forth and included in the City of Anaheim first-year Community Development Block Grant application; and WHEREAS, said HAP includes Table III, which Table III is entitled "Annual,Goal for Housing_Assistance;" and .WHEREAS, it is hereby determined that the goals sett-focrth in TableIII should be increased; and WHEREAS, Table III (attached, hereto as Exhibit has been modified to reflect the increased goals; and WHEREAS, said revised goals are determined to be, and are consistant with citizenO depilres,and with regional plans. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that the goals of the HAP be amended by amending Table III as set forth in Exhibit 'A" attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein.
