on the 16th day of March, 1976, declare by Resolution No. 76R-126,
its intention to vacate and abandon existing sewer easements
within Lots 48 and 62 in Tract No. 7769, located south of Santa
..Canyon Road, east of ImperialHighway,
subject to reservation of a 5 -foot public utility easement along
the east line of said lots, more fully hereinafter described; and
did set the 6th day of April, 1976, at 2:30 o'clock P.M. for a

Reserving therefrom the existing easement for Public utility
purposes over, under and across the Easterly 5 feet of said.
