1976-156RESOLUTION NO. 76R-156 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ESTABLISHING RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR JOB CLASSES REPRESENTED BY THE ANAHEIM FIRE ASSOCIATION, AND SUPERSEDING RESOLUTION NO. 75R-564 WHEREAS, the Personnel Director met and conferred with officials and employee representatives of the Anaheim Fire Association in October 1975 to discuss wages, and WHEREAS; as a result thereof, the need exists to supersede Resolution No. 75R--564 which established rates of compensation for job classes represented.by the Anaheim Fire Association, and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that establishing new rates of compensation for these classifications is in the best interests of the City of Anaheim. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim as follows: Section 1. The letters "P/T" preceding a schedule number indicates that employees working in that job class are part-time and are not covered by overtime or upgrade provisions. Section 3. The regular hourly rate of pay and overtime compensation for employees working in job classes listed in Section 1 of this Resolution Shall be computed as provided in Personnel Rule 5, Hours of Work and Pay Day, and Personnel Rule 6, Premium Pay. Section 4. The provisions of this Resolution shall supersede Resolution No. 75R-564. Section 5. The effective date of this Resolution shall be the 2nd - day of April 1976.
