A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 74R-555 AND MODI-
FYING THE SALARY SCHEDULE FOR THE CLASSIFICATION
OF FINANCE DIRECTOR
WHEREAS, the Personnel Director has recommended that the salary
schedule for Finance Director be adjusted upward from X1449 ($2,066.13-
2,511.60) to X1587 ($2,263.73-2,750.80) effective March 19, 1976, and
WHEREAS, the need exists to amend Resolution No. 74R-555 which
established rates of pay for various management classifications, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that
the adjustment of this salary schedule is in the best interests of the
City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim that Resolution No. 74R-555 be amended as follows:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent amended
Resolution No. 74R-555 shall remain in full force and effect, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of this Resolution
shall be the 19th day of March , 1976.
