WHERREADS, Robert Wayne -W[h1ite-'r)-ead, hereinafter referred
to as Licensee, is the owner of Droertv in the City of Anaheim
over which the City owns a public utility easement; and
WwE-RE-',IS, Licensee wishes to encroach upon a portion of
said easement for the purpose of the installation of a swimming
pool; and
WHEREAS, unless Licensee is allowed to encroach upon
the easement of the City, an extreme and up -due hardship will be
caused to him; and
WHERE— S, the Proposed encroachment for such installa-
tion across a portion of the easement of City will not interfere
the the present use of the easement by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE' BE- IT RESOLVED bv the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the -terms and conditions of a license
agreement between the City of Anaheim and Robert': Wayne Whitehead,
be and the same are hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized to execute said License agree-
nent for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
