A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM DETERMINING THAT THE PLANS SUB-
MITTED AND AARKED EXHIBIT "A" ARE DEEMED TO
MEET CONDITION NO. 2 ORIGINALLY SET FORTH IN
RESOLUTION NO. 4264 OF RECLASSIFICATION 140.
54-55-12.
WHEREAS, the City Counoil did approve Reclassification
No. 54-53-12 by Resolution No. 4264; and
WHEREAS, the applicant did request deletion of two con-
ditions of approval; and
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did recommend
denial of said request by Resolution No. PC? -10; and
WHEREAS, the City Council did deny said request by Reso-
lution No. 76R-64; and
WHEREAS, the applicant did request a rehearing; and
WHEREAS, a rehearing this day was held and the City
Council does find that Exhibit "A" is deemed to meet the require-
ment of Condition No. 2 of Resolution No. 4264,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLTED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Exhibit "A" on file in the Planning De-
partment is deemed to meet Condition No. 2 of Resolution No. 4264
of Reclassification No. 54-55-12.
