A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AGREEING TO A REDISTRIBUTION
OF PROPERTY TAXES FOR ANNEXATION NO. 279 -
ORANGE AVENUE
WHEREAS, the owner of subject property located on the
south side of Orange Avenue, approximately 728 feet west of the
centerline of Brookhurst Street, more particularly described on
attached Exhibit "A", has requested to annex to the City of
Anaheim ("Annexation No. 279"); and
WHEREAS, Section 99(B) of the Revenue and Taxation
Code requires jurisdictions involved in any jurisdictional
change to agree to a property tax redistribution prior to the
change becoming complete; and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim and the County of Orange
have agreed to a Master Property Tax Agreement establishing a
formula for said redistribution; and
WHEREAS, Annexation No. 279 - Orange Avenue meets the
criteria for a "Developed" Annexation as described in the
Master Property Tax Transfer Agreement; and
WHEREAS, a map depicting the area of Annexation No.
279 is attached hereto and designated Exhibit "B".
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
of the City of Anaheim does hereby agree to a redistribution of
property tax for Annexation No. 279 - Orange Avenue pursuant to
the "Developed" provisions of the Master Property Tax Transfer
Agreement.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 28thday of August,
1990.

of Miscellaneous Maps record of Orange county, described as follows:
Beginning at an angle point in the existing boundary of the City of Anaheim
as established by "Oranga-Thistle Annexation" to said City, said angle point being the
most Northwest corner of said annexation;
Thence following along said existing boundary line South 00~38'33" West,

344.82 feet more or less to the most Southeast corner of that certain parcel of land

Official Records of said County;

Thence leaving said existing boundary of said City, following along the

more or less to a point on the existing boundary of said City as established by

Thence following along said existing boundary per "Orange-Brookhurst
