A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
.: OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN ENCROACHMENT PERMIT AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID ENCROACH-
MENT PERMIT WITH T. E. YELLIS. (75-5E),
WHEREAS, T. E. Yellin, a married man, hereinafter
referred to as Licensee, is the owner of property in the
City of Anaheim over which City owns a dedicated right of
way, located along the north side of Alameda Avenue, east
of Brookhurst Street; and
WHEREAS, Licensee wishestoencroach upon a
portion of said easement for the purpose of permitting; an
existing block wall to remain in place;'and
WHEREAS, unless Licensee is allowed to encroach
upon the easement of the City, an extreme and undue hardship
will be caused to him; and
WHEREAS, the proposed encroachment for such
installation across a portion of the easement of City will
not interfere with the present use of the easement by the
City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City. of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of a
license agreement between the City of Anaheim and T. E.
Yellis be, and the same are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized to execute said
license agreement for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
