A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEI-7-11 DECLARING ITS CERTAIN PEML PROPERTY AND HEARING THEREON. 76R- 126 COTRqCIL OF THE CITY INTENTION TO VACATE FIXING A ATE FOR WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim has elected to proceed under the provisions of the Public Service Easement Vacation Law, Title 5, Division 1, Part 1, Chapter 2, Article 5 of the Government Code (Sec. 50430 e -11c seq.) in con- nection with a request to vacate and abandon existing sewer easements within Lots 48 and 62 in Tract No. 7769, located south of Santa Ana Canyon Road, east of Imperial Highway, in the City of Anaheim, subject to reservation of a 5 -foot public utility easement along the east line of said lots, and more particularly hereinafter described. NOW, THEP-SFO BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that it hereby declares its intention to vacate, abandon and close to public use said public utility easements within Lots 48 and 62 in Tract No. 776.0, located south of Santa Ana Canyon Road, east of Imperial Highway, and more particularly described as follows, to wit: That certain sewer easement located in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, to be abandoned, described as follows: The Northeasterly 10 -feet and the Easterly 10 feet of Lot 62 and the Easterly 10 feet of Lot 48 all in Tract No. 7769, as shown on a map recorded in Book 322, pages 30 through 34, inclusive, 11,liscel- laneous M-aps, records of said Orange County. Reserving therefrom the existing easement for pub- lic utility purposes over, under and. across the Easterly 5 feet of said Lots 43 and 62 in said Tract No. 7769, and it elects to proceed under the provisions of the Public Service Easement Vaca -1 --ion Law, Title 5, Division 1, Part 1, Chapter 2, Article 5 of the Government Code (Sec. 50430 et- seq.), subject to the reservation hereinabove set forth. BE IT FURTHER RIESOLV D that a time and place for hearing all persons interested in or objecting to the proposed vacation and abandonment has been fixed on the 6th day of April , 1976, at 2:30 o'clock P.M. in the Cou-ncil Cham- ber in the City Hall in the City of Anaheim.
