A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COU*NCIL OF 'THE CITY
OF 1-UNAHEIM DENYING VARIANCE NO. 2780.
WHEREAS, after a request for variance by Paul J. Tubbs,
et al., owner, was received, a public hearing before -the Planning
Commission of the Citv of Anaheim was held upon due and proper
notice, a result of which Variance No. 2780 was denied covering
the following described property:
The East 94 feet of the West 663 feet of Lot 15 in
block 36 of Yorba Linda Tract, in the county of
Orange, state of California as per map recorded in
book 5 pages 17 and 18 of Miscellaneous Maps, rec-
ords of said Orange County.
PARCEL 2:
The East 94 feet of the West 569 feet of Lot 15 in
block 36 of the Yorba Linda Tract, in the county of
Orange, state of California, as per map recorded in
book 5, pages 17 and 18 of Misceilaneous Haps, rec-
ords of said Orange County.
AND
All that certain land situated in the State of C -al'
fornia, County of orange, 'described as follows:
Lot 15 in Block 36 of "Yorba Linda Tract", as shown
on a Map recorded in Book 5. pages 17 and 18 of Mis-
cellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California.

Excepting therefrom the West 663 feet.
WHEREAS, thereafterf within the time prescribed by law
an interested party or the City Council, on its own motion, caused
the review of said Planning Commission action at a public hearing
noticed and held as prescribed by law and, as a result thereof,
the City Council does hereby rmake the following findings:
There here is no substantial property right possessed
bar other property in the same vicinity and zone
and denied the subject property.
2. It appears that the subject property can be ade-
quately developed and used under the present
zone,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLNZED by the City Council of
the Citv of _Rnaheinxi that said Variance be, and the same is hereby,
denied.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved Llproved and signed by
this 16th day of 1arch, 1976.
