WHEREAS, it has been alleged by a member of the -ub-lic
that Councilman Ralph G.- Sneegas has caused City employees to
take time -hors, their City work: to 'Listen to political exhortation;
and
illegal. WHEREAS, such conduct, if it is as alleged, may be
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Manager
be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to investigate the
allegations made against Councilman Ralph - G. Sneegas.-
BE IT FUR,-11'HER PESOLVLD that the City Manager be, and he
is hereby, directed toreport his fin dings,to-the City Council.
