A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ESTABLISHING PERMIT FEES AND CASH
DEPOSITS FOR TEMPORARY SIGNING.
WHEREAS, it is the policy of the City Council of the
City of Anaheim to establish fees by resolution; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council to estab-
lish permit fees in the amount of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) for the
construction or erecting of temporary -for sale or for lease and
future establishment signs; and
WHEREAS, it is the policy of the` City Council to re-
quire a cash deposit,of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) for each
such sign to guarantee the removal of each in accordance with
City ordinance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that:
(a) Permit fees: Fifty Dollars ($50.00) permit fee for
the construction or erection of temporary for sale
or for lease signs and future establishment signs.
(b) Cash deposits: Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) for
each sign to guarantee removal of each such sign in
accordance with City ordinance. I
