A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE
EXTENSION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH THE COUNTY OF
ORANGE WITH REFERENCE TO ANIMAL CONTROL
SERVICES.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim did, on February 15,
1966, enter into an agreement with the County of Orange
providing for the rendering by the County, through its
Doundmaster of animal and rabies control services within
the corporate limits of the City, to the extent and in the
manner set forth in said agreement as amended from time
to time; and
'WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
finds that it would be to the advantage and in the best
interest of the City to extend said agreement as amended in
accordance with the terms and conditions thereof for an
additional four and one-half (4 1/2) month period.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the agreement as amended
entered into by the City of Anaheim and the County of Orange
on February 15, 1966 for complete animal control services be
extended for a period from February 15, 1976 through June 30,
1976.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 9th day of March, 1976
